Monica started her career with Eagle Star in the mid ‘80s before concentrating on commercial underwriting with General Accident.
A move to a specialist liability underwriting agency in 2002 provided Monica with the experience of managing a facility from a Coverholder perspective.
Latterly she has been responsible for Coverholder relationships including performance management, product development and delivery of growth targets.
Monica’s customer focussed approach will support the profitable delivery of the business objectives.
